From Crain's New York Business: "Zeckendorf Towers gets leafy new top billed as the largest in the city; saving money on cooling bills and improving the view at the same time. ... Tower residents share the roof and pass the area to access the complex's amenities, including a gym and a pool. The roof, however, was in need of repair. After careful analysis, the condo board of the complex decided that installing a green roof made the most sense, said Peter Ellis, presdent of Zeckendorf Towers condominium homeowner's board."
