The Andy Monument - Installation Extended Through May 13, 2012
USP and the Public Art Fund are pleased to announce that Rob Pruitt’s monument to Andy Warhol will remain on view at the northwest corner of Union Square through May 13, 2012. “Rob always had a feeling that this sculpture might become something of pilgrimage site, and that’s precisely what’s happened,” said Nicholas Baume, Public Art Fund Director & Chief Curator. “The public has embraced Andy, and we’re delighted to extend his stay in Union Square.” more
