Please join us on Tuesday, August 3rd, 2010 as we come together for National Night Out, the event that truly symbolizes the partnership between the police and the community in neighborhoods across the country. The event is hosted by the 13th Precinct Community Council and Transit Bureau District 4. The 13th Precinct event, will be held in the Playground at Junior High School 104, located on 2nd Ave. between 20th Street and 21st Street. The Transit Bureau District 4 event, will take place on the North Plaza in Union Square Park.
This event will include entertainment, food, free give-aways and information about safety and security, health, and community organizations. Many businesses and organizations from around our community will participate in this annual event and we are looking forward to having you join us as we continue to strengthen the relationship between the NYPD and the residents to make our neighborhood one of the safest in the city.
