David Chang's delivery-only restaurant Ando has turned its 14th Street kitchen into a fast-casual storefront at 31 West 14th Street, serving grab and go and made-to-order food weekdays from 8 AM to 10 PM, and weekends from 9 AM to 9 PM.

Back tracking, Ando launched as a delivery only restaurant last year serving Midtown and since this summer, downtown Manhattan. The new storefront creates a more hybrid concept, CEO Andy Taylor told Eater NY.

“If you want something in your hand this afternoon at 4 p.m. from Amazon, you can get it — but they’ll charge for it. If you can wait two days, it’s free,” he says. “If people can walk a block, they’ll do that. But if money is not an issue, we’ll bring it to your desk or door and you’ll pay more.”

The breakfast sandwiches are unique to the storefront's menu. Enjoy guilty pleasures like a Hozon Cheesesteak or Spicy Meatball sandwich, or try a health-focused salad like the Ginger Kale Salad, Alaskan Wild Salmon and more. You can also enjoy hot coffee and tea, plus cold brew and ice tea.

Everything on the menu takes inspiration from somewhere else - from Korean and Thai staples to classic late-night NYC eats - but is distinctly Ando through its use of real, quality ingredients and unique flavor combinations, the restaurant says on its website.
