As part of their Hot Chocolate Festival, The City Bakery is brewing up some Valentine's-themed hot chocolate concoctions. On Feb. 14th, their drink of the day is a "Love Potion Hot Chocolate," which features an extra serving of melted dark chocolate poured into their already-decadent hot cocoa.
