Workout with Union Square Sweat Fest Feb. 7 - 12

Union Square Partnership presents the fifth year of Union Square Sweat Fest - a neighborhood promotion that highlights the best of the health and wellness scene through fitness classes, special events and samples and coupons to shop local.

The 2019 schedule of events goes live for registration on Tuesday, January 29th at noon.

“Over the last five years, Union Square Sweat Fest has grown into a wonderful celebration of our neighborhood’s health and fitness scene with the more than 100 local wellness businesses that contribute to our vibrant economy,” said Jennifer E. Falk, Executive Director of the Union Square Partnership. “Our fifth annual series features an array of exciting new programs, and we are proud to introduce New Yorkers to the abundance of studios, healthy eateries and athleisure retailers that call Union Square home.”

Here’s How to Participate

  • We’re hosting FIVE special events at Union Square’s top studios and venues including Throwdown NYC, W New York - Union Square, Switch Playground, Five Iron Golf, and CorePower Yoga. Each class is powered by an eatery + wellness partner, and features exclusive Sweat Fest giveaways.

  • Sweat and shop with your favorite brands. Union Square’s athletic retailers Paragon Sports, Athleta, and JackRabbit open their doors this week for free fitness classes so you can discover the latest gear and break a sweat at the same time.

  • Workout on your own schedule. Visit any participating Union Square fitness studios featured on the Health + Fitness Map during the week of Sweat Fest, take a class, and then save your receipt to redeem your swag bag at Kellogg’s NYC from Feb. 10 - 13.

  • Experience local gyms Crunch, New York Health & Racquet Club, 14 Street Y and McBurney YMCA with our free "Gym of the Day" access to discover which gym is your best fit with specialized classes for Sweat Fest attendees.
