The Broadway Vision Plan seeks to create pedestrian, cyclist, safety, and public space improvements along the iconic corridor. These improvements are making its way down to Union Square, extending work already seen north of East 21st Street.

“NYC Legend” by Alexander Klingspor opens in the Triangle Plaza at Union Square Park and will be on view until October 2024.

Introduced in partnership with NYC DOT, “Union with the Universe” pays homage to the district’s history as a place for people to gather together and advocate for social transformation.
