Tree Guard Fabrication and Finishing Services - Request For BIDs

Union Square Partnership (“USP”), a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation, is soliciting quotes and qualifications from qualified firms (“Contractor(s)”) to fabricate, and finish, tree pit guard(s) in the Union Square business improvement district area (the “District”; see map in Exhibit A).

• September 17, 2025: Request for Bids Released

• September 29, 2025: Question Submission Deadline

• October 13, 2025: Question Responses Published

• November 25, 2025: Proposals Due

• Dec 1, 2025 – Dec 5, 2025: Proposal Review & Follow-Up Questions

• December 8, 2025: Notice of Award

• March 10, 2026: Anticipated Contract Finalized

• April 1, 2026: Anticipated Notice to Proceed

• July 1, 2026: Anticipated Project Start
